2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
- Request made within 24 hours of investment purchase
- Technical errors or service failures on our platform
- Duplicate or unauthorized transactions
- Cancellation before investment activation
- Payment gateway errors or failed transactions
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Active investments that have started accruing profits
- Completed transactions where gold has been allocated
- Plan downgrades (downgrade penalty applies)
- Fees for early withdrawal from active investments
- Service fees already incurred
4. Refund Process
Follow these steps to request a refund:
- Log in to your account and navigate to transactions
- Select the transaction you want to refund
- Click on 'Request Refund' and provide a reason
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- Upon approval, funds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
5. Refund Timeline
The following are the refund processing timelines:
- Review period: 3-5 business days after submission
- Processing period: 5-10 business days after approval
- Credit to bank account: Up to 15 business days from refund initiation
- UPI refunds: Typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Card refunds: 3-5 business days depending on your bank
6. Refund Conditions
Please note the following:
- Refunds are issued in the same currency and payment method as the original purchase
- Bank charges, if any, are borne by the customer
- Partial refunds may be issued based on applicable fees and penalties
- Refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe
- Fraudulent or dispute-related refund requests may lead to account suspension
7. Early Withdrawal from Active Investments
Early withdrawal from active investments is subject to:
- 2% penalty on the total investment amount
- Forfeiture of remaining profit
- ₹100 processing fee
- Minimum lock-in period of 30 days before early withdrawal
- Principal amount plus accrued profit till withdrawal date will be refunded
8. Dispute Resolution
If you wish to dispute a transaction error or charge:
- Contact our support team with transaction details
- Provide supporting documents if available
- We will investigate within 5-7 business days
- Disputes must be filed within 60 days of the transaction
- We reserve the right to request additional information for verification
